Why DMK

Built for buyers who certify what they install.

Procurement engineers don't buy adjectives — they buy conformance. Here is what that means at DMK Alloys:

  • Manufacturer, not intermediary. The melt, the deformation and the machining happen under one roof, under one quality owner — no anonymous supply chain behind your certificate.
  • A uniform technological sequence. Each production line runs a single controlled route from starting-blank melting to semi-finish machining of the final product.
  • Standards-driven production. Serial production uses modern equipment and inspection and testing methods aligned with Russian and international standards and the requirements of critical-part designers.
  • Eight decades of metallurgy. The experience and know-how behind DMK span more than 80 years of superalloy and special-steel practice.

FAQ

Sourcing from DMK — the short answers

DMK Alloys is a manufacturer. Components and blanks are produced in our own facilities under a uniform technological sequence — from starting-blank melting to semi-finish machining — rather than resold from third-party stock.

Core manufactured lines are heat-resistant nickel-base superalloys (including powder-metallurgy complex contours), titanium alloys and special steels. An extended supply range adds aluminium, magnesium and copper alloys, electronic and low-expansion alloys, metal powders and special product forms such as foil, wire, tube and welding consumables.

Yes — DMK Alloys is export-oriented. International enquiries are handled in English by the export team at export@dmkalloys.com.

State the governing specification, testing and documentation requirements in your request for quotation, and the export team will confirm what can be certified for your order.

Send us the drawing. We'll answer with a route.
