Every capability below exists because a product family requires it: vacuum melting because rotating-grade superalloys demand cleanliness, atomisation because complex contours are consolidated rather than carved, drawing benches because tube starts at 0.15 mm outside diameter, and a metrology room because a certificate is only as good as the measurement behind it.

Primary melting

Chemistry is owned from the first melt. Vacuum and remelting routes produce the cleanliness that rotating-part and implant specifications demand.
