Titanium alloy components & blanks
Half the weight of steel with corrosion resistance built in — CP grades through high-temperature near-alpha alloys, as bars, billets, forged blanks and machined parts.
Why specify this family
Titanium buys weight out of a design: comparable strength to many steels at 56 % of the density, a passive oxide that shrugs off chlorides and seawater, and fatigue performance that rewards careful processing.
DMK Alloys manufactures titanium-alloy components and blanks across the commercially useful spectrum — from formable CP Grade 2, through workhorse Ti-6Al-4V and its damage-tolerant ELI variant, to creep-resistant Ti-6242 for hot compressor stages.
Typical duty: airframe structures, compressor blades and discs, hydraulic lines, heat exchangers, marine and chemical-process components, implants (ELI).
