Six stages, one owner
Because every stage happens inside one manufacturing system, each operation is accountable to the next — and the certificate you receive describes a route, not a rumour.
Melting of the starting blank
Production begins with melting the starting blank in-house, so chemistry and cleanliness are owned from the first operation — the foundation for repeatable properties in heat-resistant alloys.
Hot deformation
Blanks are hot worked to shape and to structure: deformation schedules are set per alloy family to refine grain and develop the required microstructure in discs, bars and rings.
Powder metallurgy route
For complex-contour nickel-superalloy components, the powder route consolidates gas-atomised powder near net shape — a segregation-free fine-grain structure with minimal machining stock on expensive material.
Heat treatment
Solution treatment, ageing and tempering cycles set the final property level — from the H-conditions of PH stainless steels to the two-step ages of gamma-prime superalloys.
Semi-finish machining
Products are machined to semi-finished contours per drawing, removing the surface layers and bringing parts to the condition the customer's finishing line expects.
Inspection and testing
Serial production applies modern methods of inspection and testing aimed at compliance with Russian and global standards and the advanced requirements of critical-part designers.
