About Alloy X

Alloy X is a solid-solution-strengthened superalloy whose balanced nickel–chromium–iron–molybdenum chemistry delivers an unusual mix: high creep strength to about 870 °C, oxidation resistance to roughly 1200 °C, and the forming and welding behaviour of a conventional sheet alloy.

Decades of service in combustion-zone components have made it a default choice for flame tubes, transition ducts and afterburner hardware, as well as industrial-furnace internals. DMK Alloys manufactures Alloy X blanks, bars and fabrication-ready components.
